The Board of Trustees generally meets the first and third Thursday of each month. Meetings are held at the District Board Room at 1400 Montecito Ave. Please check agenda for actual start time. Members of the public are encouraged to attend these meetings.

To participate in and view Board meetings

Meetings of the Board are available by attending in person, on Zoom and are also live-streamed on youtube.com/mvwsd. For Zoom, please check each meeting's agenda for phone number, meeting ID and password. 

Members of the public who wish to address the Board during the Board of Trustees meeting may attend the meeting, or log in to meetings using the Zoom information provided or email comments to [email protected]. To expedite the meeting, please send your comments by the Wednesday before the meeting. Staff will make all attempts to share and record any submissions received; however, depending on timing, late submissions will be provided to the Board after the conclusion of the meeting.

A request for a disability-related modification or accommodation may be made to the Superintendent's Office (650-526-3552) at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of a Regular meeting to make arrangements for such reasonable accommodations. (For Special meetings, please request accommodations no less than 12 hours prior to the meeting.)
