PROMOTION/DEMOTION/REASSIGNMENT


The Board recognizes that circumstances may require the promotion, demotion or reassignment of certain management personnel from their current position and delegates the responsibility of the recommendation to the Superintendent.

The Superintendent or designee shall maintain procedures for the promotion, demotion and reassignment of management employees which assure compliance with applicable statutory deadlines and due process procedures.
