Who qualifies?
The facility is available for district teachers and staff who meet the income requirements. Full-time employees have first priority. Teachers and staff qualify to apply based on their household’s 2023 annual gross income*, shown below.
* gross income means income before any taxes or other deductions are taken from your paycheck.
Rents
Final rental rates are not yet available. MVWSD tentatively estimates that rents will fall in these ranges:
• Studio: $1,450-$2,500/month
• 1-Bedroom: $1,550-$3,000/month
• 2-Bedroom: $2,250-$3,500/month

Oct. 28: Housing Oversight Committee meeting
November 2024
Nov. 14 Housing Oversight Committee meeting
Trustees approve application and forms
Nov. 22: Employees apply. Lottery, if needed, is held.
December 2024–January 2025
Leasing office opens
Applications are processed
January 2025
Move-in dates are scheduled
February 2025
Move-in begins pending PG&E completing work in the parking garage next door. Date subject to change.
