Results of Public Records Requests

Our community’s interest in MVWSD’s spending and financial controls has grown recently. To help facilitate transparency and streamline the process of community members accessing public records that are of interest to them, recent public records requests and the documents that were disclosed are available below. As a service, MVWSD makes these records available online for our local community members, especially on topics that are important to them.

The California Public Records Act recognizes exemptions that permit withholding records from disclosure. Common exemptions include personnel or medical records, preliminary drafts or memoranda that are not retained in the ordinary course of business, student records, and records that are subject to a privilege such as an attorney-client communication. Should a portion of a disclosable record contain confidential information, the District will redact such information before it is disclosed.
